Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release footwear may be final sale.
Are the sneakers and apparel authentic?
Absolutely. WOODstack only sells 100% authentic products sourced directly from authorized brand distributors. We do not sell fakes, variants, or B-grades.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
