At WOODstack, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your premium streetwear and footwear purchases. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, including the shoebox for footwear, and ensure all original tags are still attached.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
